Executive -Travel Expense Auditing (On Third Party payroll)
Key Responsibilities
- Review & audit travel expenses submitted by employees; ensure that users are not in violation of the Corporate Travel Policy
- Ensure all processes are performed as per the agreed terms/ as per SLA ensuring accurate deliverable structure & drive compliance on various policies
- Coordination with field teams, respective stakeholders to address complaints, requests and other queries relating to expense reimbursement
- Create Adhoc reports as per the requirements
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to build business cases and communicate effectively in meetings, email and in official discussions
Qualifications and Skillsets
- Bachelors degree with 3-5 years of relevant Travel expense Auditing expense
- Proficient in Microsoft offices such as Excel, Word and Power-point
- Detail-oriented, Strong Data Analytics skill - Intermediate Excel
- Quick learner and Team player
