Roles and Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain large number of doctor relationships to ensure they stick to the platform for long term
  • Ensure seamless experience for doctors and patients on platform with timely resolution of all queries and concerns
  • Doctor backed view on the platform and digital engagement and suggest further improvements
  • Work with all stakeholders (product team, design team, content and marketing team etc.) in process to ensure best experience for doctors and patients with C2C platform
  • Ensure platform awareness among doctors and offer quick issue resolution
  • Sign-up new doctors onto the platform through self/ organization initiatives, prevent doctor churns
  • Managing doctor/ patient outreach campaigns, conducting demos to doctors and their staff virtually or physically as needed
  • Meet doctors physically whenever needed for sign-ups, demo, resolving issues, etc.
  • Provide personalized support to doctors at all stages
  • Understanding doctor profiles (importance of doctor, tech savviness, patient demographics etc.) and the challenges and address then at product and process level to drive usage to ensure high recall
  • Structured follow-ups with to ensure Doctors are onboarded on the platform and using the product
  • Co-ordinate with sales and product team, do testing of new product launches
  • Handling activities such as marketing campaign/patient outreach program and Staff training
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key metrics;
  • •Assist product team to understand customer problems, reproduce them and fix them. Also provides insights on "real-world customer" requirement
  • Target driven - doctor acquisition, doctor retention or reduce churn, feature adoption, increasing consultations/ revenue per doctor, etc.


  • Must Have: Outstanding interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, have worked in target based assignments involving doctor acquisition, doctor retention.
  • Desirable: Technical know-how of health tech platforms
  • Individual contributor role or managerial roles

Education background:

  1. Mandatory (if any): Graduation
  2. Desirable (if any): Master's degree

Preferred Experience (Industry/therapy/function no. of years):

Healthcare, 5+ years of total experience, direct dealing with doctors.
