Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1) Set clear & challenging goals for self & team in line with BU level goals and lead the team to follow processes to achieve the set goals.

2) Build sales plan in alignment with BU strategy specific to Semi Chronic Cluster. Ensure implementation of the business plan, review teams progress & manage contingencies,

3) Build up strong business relation with KOL and build on business achievement month on month as per the target & objective set by the organization

4) Build & maintain sustainable relationship with all the stakeholders,

5) Create & manage high performance team & act as a role model, conflict management, motivating team by demonstrating best of leadership practice and action, managing attrition.

6) Bring innovative ideas to overcome challenges at different aspects of business and contributing positively on the overall profitability of the business.

7) Analyze teams performance gaps. Provide coaching & development opportunities to the team to overcome performance gap.


Area of coverage- Tamil Nadu & Kerala

Team size- Approximately 100

-Very strong experience Acute segment,

-Should have developed TN, Kerala market

-Should have handled similar team size
